Weigh in!! update….

*** Well, I’m sad to update, but I feel like I need to. Just to get it out there, take responsibility for what I ate & move on with the rest of my week. So… I unfortunately did not have a great afternoon of eating. About 3 or so, I started craving more of that darned frozen pizza. There was 1/2 a slice left & even though it was cold I ate it anyway. Then for dinner, Jason wanted to get a cheese steak Stromboli from our favorite local pizza place. I tried to be good & ordered him a personal sized one, intending to eat just a salad with some grilled chicken for dinner. Apparently he thought I ordered at a different pizza shop, so when he got there, they of course had no record of my order & so he just ordered a full sized one. These things are HUGE & really, really good, so I ended up eating a piece of that for dinner- but I swear it was only about an inch wide!! I haven’t fully calculated out my points, I probably didn’t actually use too many FPs, but my menu today was COMPLETELY void of anything healthy- including water!! :o (  Also, now 10:30… been fighting off a Wawa ice cream run..  so instead I had a frozen fruit bar probably the most healthy thing I’ve eaten today!  Only 1.5 pts!!
In other 31MD news… Dr. Drill informed us that tomorrow morning will begin the first PFT (Physical Fitness Testing) week- where we set our base scores to compare to at the end. Tomorrow will be the timed mile run/walk. I AM NOT- AND HAVE NEVER BEEN A RUNNER!!! Even in high school, as an all-star athlete, I was never good at running. So, I’m a bit nervous (and jealous of those like Dana or Strawgirl who can run for hours!) Great job to both of you today!! :o D We’ll see how it goes.. honestly my biggest fear is that the old or really out of shape people are going to beat my time… I’m sorry if that sounds bad, but I’m so competitive & I don’t like to lose! Anyway, I should get going, got to finish getting my girls out of the tub & into bed. Wish me luck tomorrow morning & have a GREAT night everyone!! :o D

Hooray!! I JUST made it to my next goal!! -1.2 lbs AND I have officially lost more than 50% of the total I want to lose!! AND I’m on the low side of my middle number- I just love it when i make it to the low side!! (Do you understand what I mean by that? Under 155 not 158…. on the way to the next lower middle number…) Hope that makes sense! 140’s HERE I COME!!! :o D Since I have almost 20 more lbs to go… and none of my goals left (or the normal WW ones either- I think…) l think I’ll make my next goal to make it to the 140’s by the end of this month. That’s 3 weeks of losing 1.56 lbs each week. I know that’s a perfectly healthy amount to lose each week, but it’s a bit high for me (based on the past few weeks anyway). Plus my sister’s wedding is this Saturday…. I don’t want to set myself up for failure… what do you think? Any ideas for different goals? I’m open to whatever you’ve got!! :o D Also, you can see my past goals on my progress page…
