UGGHHH!!! Cravings…

It’s not even 9am & I am thinking about so many things that I shouldn’t be… mainly Friendly’s Peanut Butter Cup Sundaes!! I couldn’t eat 2 about now…. I did already eat breakfast… I don’t know what it is, but I just want to cram all kinds of “bad foods” in!!! I won’t… but I thought if I just get it out “on paper” it might help…. Thanks for letting me vent… I’m going to try to keep my act together for the day!! Be back with menu & other news- Have a good one!

Ok, so far I think I’m doing pretty good at staying in control… but it’s very difficult this morning. I feel like I could snap & start shoveling food at any point. Maybe it’s because we didn’t really do a difficult, work up a good sweat work out at Boot Camp this morning..?? Let me tell you about BC this morning for a bit- it’ll keep my fingers from shoving food into my mouth! LOL! So, it was day 2 of PFT & we did the timed static strength tests. Basically, holding a certain pose for as long as you possibly can w/o compromising good form & then working to improve your time at the end of Boot Camp for PFT2. We did the Plank, wall sits, sky diver, Russian twists & Flamingos. If you really want to know what they are, let me know.. but I won’t bore you with the details otherwise! :o D I think that I did fairly well with all but the wall sits- they’ve never been my thing. For the rest of them, I was towards the last of those left still holding!

By the afternoon, my cravings had calmed down considerably & I ended up doing ok- even bought good stuff at the grocery store tonight! :o D My weekend is looking good for a nice BIG piece of wedding cake!! :o D Speaking of, it’s going to start getting really crazy- decorating the church tomorrow night & Friday will be non-stop- nails, rehearsal, decorating the reception hall, rehearsal dinner & then Saturday- OH BOY! We have 7am hair appointments, pics at 9, wedding at 12, more pics, reception, clean up, then we go back to my mom’s where they’re going to open their gifts & say goodbye to everyone before they leave. (After their honeymoon, they deploy straight to Hawaii w/ the Navy…so it’s goodbye for a while.) Also, keep in mind that it’s not just me in the wedding. I’ve also got to make sure that both of my girls & Z-man are ready too. I’ll post pics for you all after I recover a bit. :o D Gonna get to bed soon- HAVE A GREAT NIGHT ALL!! :o D
