I think I really overdid lunch & the snacking that followed was RIDICULOUS!!! I feel like puking & am pretty annoyed with myself right now. I know it’s because I skipped breakfast & by lunch time I was starving & just couldn’t satisfy my hunger. Days like today SUCK!! What’s worse, is that I’ve noticed that on days when I do eat like crap, I have less than ZERO energy & end up falling asleep on the couch & getting nothing accomplished for the day. I can’t keep doing this… it has to STOP!!
