Graduation Day!!!

Sorry girls this is just going to have to be a bit of a teaser for now.   I am pooped & ready to hit the sack!  All I’ll say is that Graduation was AWESOME!!!  We had a lot of fun & I’ll tell you all more tomorrow!!  (I’d love to now, but know that I’d end up sitting here typing for the next hour or so….)  SO, off to bed for me.  I did track today, only over by a few points…. but did walk a mile then ran a mile with my hubby.   I’ll even it all up in the morning!

Ok, I left my email open on my hubby’s machine… he does NOT read my blog (says he wants it to be a place just for me) :o D and he doesn’t snoop through my email, but since I left it open, he skimmed through what was on the screen- which happened to be a comment about losing boobs! So, he asked me to post & make sure that all of you know that HE PREFERS THEM SMALL!! 7/6/07- Family Night

Here’s the day so far… first time trying the Kashi… it is MUCH better with milk & banana than trying it dry out of the box. Still not great, but I imagine I’ll adjust to it & be fine. Overall, not too bad. I know I have to save up some points for our Family night tonight. We always go to our favorite Pizza place- VINNY’S!!! RANT collection… & WI

Sorry guys, since I’ve been MIA most of this week, I now have a nice little collection of frustrations to share! :o D So, here goes…

First of all… why is it that my BOOBS are always the first to go!?! Seriously- I look like a 12 year old now! Even my husband commented on how tiny they are! If I could just take the rest of the fat off of my hips, stomach & butt & shift it back up there I would be happy. But no, my body takes the fat that I want & makes it disappear & leaves the fat that I’ve been working so hard to get rid of!! Come on! Give me a break!!! The only hope I have now, is that if (WHEN) I lose the rest of the weight, the rest of my body will be skinny enough so that my boobs will actually look normal & proportionate instead of miniature….

Second…. Ok, so I found a really cute pair of jeans on clearance last night- size 8’s!! I bought them & took them home to try on (dressing rooms were already closed for the night) The good news is that a different brand of jeans also fits in a size 8- so it wasn’t a fluke, I really can wear 8’s!! BUT, why do they make the waists so big? Everything fit fine except that my husband could fit both of his hands down the back of my pants around the waist band. I would love to think that I’m just getting really skinny… but I know it’s just the style. Is that for the girls that wear them all the way down on their hips & leave the thongs sticking out the top? (ughh…) Oh well… I need to find some more jeans, guess I’ll have to try them all on ahead….

Last in this week’s collection….why is it that now, when I’m so close to goal, skinny as I was when I was 19, NOW the dumb maternity looking shirts are in style???? Where were they 30 lbs ago when I wanted to hide?? I just want to find some nice, cute, in style shirts that show off (just a little) that I have a waist again!! All I can find are the shirts that I could have worn while I was 7 months prego! I finally bought one anyway, b/c I was tired of looking, it was cute & I wanted something that had spaghetti straps (to even up my horrible tan lines… long story!!). Anyway.. it’s ok, but I’d like to know where I can find non “maternity” shirts that don’t look like my grandmother should be wearing them! Is that so much to ask? Come on!!!

Alright… ranting over for now!! Thanks for listening, I needed to get that all out & I feel much better now! :o D So, my WI this morning was good- undeserved, but good. I know you all can’t tell b/c I haven’t been posting for a few days now, but my eating hasn’t been the greatest. Too many sweets & not enough exercise. Meals have been pretty good, but just too much of the other stuff. But, somehow I still managed a good WI- lost 1.9 lbs!!! It probably is just making up for TOM last week & I know that if I don’t get my butt into gear & seriously track (which means POST!!) that I will more than likely see a gain next week. SO, new week, new points, new better attitude & I will track, exercise & post this week!!! Boot Camp Graduation is on Sunday- I promise to get some pics of that & also some new progress pics!! RANT collection… & WI

Measurements…

Ok, don’t have much time, but am VERY excited & wanted to share with you all!!  So… Dr. Drill asked me for my stats- he’s using our families pictures from my sister’s wedding on a promotional poster for the next BC!  Anyway, I’ve been seriously panicking for the past week because I couldn’t find my starting measurements from January!!  But, I finally found them and here are my stats…

Inches lost since the start of this past B3C (April to end of June)- 23 inches!!

Total inches lost since January- 38 inches!
(highlights would be 5 inches off my hips, 3 off EACH thigh, 4.5 off my waist!)  most of that is from this past session though… :o D

I have lost 28.2 lbs since January & went from size 12 (pushing 14) to a size 8.

Gotta run, will post more later.  Still tracking, just busy!!
